These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the rp66c platform. Please read this document in full before registering an account or placing any wager. By using rp66c, you agree to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an rp66c account. Age and identity are verified during the mandatory KYC process. Accounts opened by persons under 21 will be closed immediately and all deposits returned.
Each player may hold only one rp66c account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the email address, mobile number, or payment method used — will be suspended. Any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture without notice.
All financial transactions on rp66c are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rp66c supports deposits and withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Processing times and minimum amounts are set out in Section 6.
All promotional bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback — are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before withdrawal. Rollover terms are stated in each individual promotion. Attempting to exploit bonus offers without genuine wagering intent may result in bonus cancellation.
rp66c provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-down periods, and self-exclusion tools to all players. By using rp66c, you accept responsibility for monitoring your own gambling behaviour. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp66c holds its international gaming licence. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method. You must promptly update this information if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rp66c strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available through the Account security settings. You must notify rp66c immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. rp66c accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting rp66c support via live chat. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeline, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
rp66c is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity or at rp66c's discretion as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance programme.

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 hours of receiving a complete and legible document submission. During peak periods this may extend to 48 hours. Withdrawal requests are placed in a pending state until verification is complete; no funds are lost during this period.
Players who fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request will have withdrawal access suspended. rp66c reserves the right to close any Account where satisfactory identity verification cannot be obtained and to return deposited funds to the originating payment method where possible.
All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rp66c does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges, for which rp66c accepts no responsibility.
rp66c currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available channels may vary by transaction type and account status.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. rp66c reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency.
rp66c offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this section, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
rp66c uses automated systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, mathematically near-certain wagers to meet rollover requirements; opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; and collusion between players. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses cancelled, may have winnings forfeited, and may be permanently suspended.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rp66c's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit rp66c's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
rp66c collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
rp66c will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game suppliers, and regulatory bodies where required to provide the Services or to comply with legal obligations. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
rp66c reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal limits, or eligibility criteria — rp66c will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your Account.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document will be revised each time these Terms are amended. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described above within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms must be brought within 12 months of the date on which the claimant became aware, or ought reasonably to have become aware, of the facts giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period are time-barred.
